You should apply twice daily to your rough, dry, cracked or callused areas.  For best results, apply after bathing to trap the moisture in the skin.  For severe cases, use under cotton socks, overnight for the first few days of treatment.  Once the callus tissue softens, gently scrub with a pumice stone.
