Heel Exercise: Wall Push-Up

A great way to eliminate pain from your heels is to stretch your feet. Stretching everday will keep you feeling good and help to reduce pain in your heels. Another stretch we recommend is the wall push-up.

The wall push-up will help by stretching out your calf and the arches of your feet. Begin this exercise by standing up straight about three feet from a wall. Facing the wall, place your hands on the wall about shoulder width apart. Lean forward towards the wall, bending your arms at your elbows. Make sure to keep your legs straights, knees loosely locked, and feet flat with the toes facing the wall. Hold for ten seconds, slowly push yourself away from the wall, relax and repeat six times.
